What this is

Learn Beatboxing is a free website for learning to beatbox: guides, sound examples, and practice where your device's microphone scores what you play. There is nothing to buy.

Scores are a guide

The phone tells your sounds apart from the ones you teach it at the start of each visit. Microphones, rooms and browsers differ, so a score can be wrong, and a level can be harder or easier on one device than another. Treat scores as practice feedback, not a judgement of your skill.

Your account

An account is optional. If you sign in with Google, keep your device secure; anyone using your signed-in browser can see and add to your progress. You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see the privacy page). Children under 13 should use the site without signing in.

Practise sensibly

The basic sounds use air, not your voice, and are gentle. Take breaks, drink water, and stop if your mouth, throat or jaw hurts or you don't feel comfortable.

Fair use

Don't try to break, overload or misuse the site or its servers, or use it to collect other people's data.

No warranty

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and may change or stop. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
